• ProCalV5 helps companies to automate & standardize calibration practices. Migration from paper to paperless will improve productivity and lower operational costs.
• Optional Mobile Workstation licenses enable off-line access to the full program interface for field use with tablets and Fluke documenting calibrators.
• The program can support one or many individual accounts. All accounts may be identically configured or perhaps some modified based on local requirements. The Copy Company module provides a powerful template-based tool to help facilitate the addition and configuration for new site accounts.

• Most program field labels can be changed to match desired terminology. An unlimited number of user defined, characterized fields may be added to accommodate client specific information and work flow.

• ProCal Explorer provides an easy and direct way, in an expandable/collapsible hierarchical tree format, to view your assets. Visual prompts clearly display those that require immediate attention and those whose scheduled events are past due. Asset information is presented by Classification, Department, Frequency, Item Type, Location, Manufacturer, Responsible Technician, Schedule, Work Due by Department or Work Due by Location.
• Recall, events due and many other reports can be launched across the entire enterprise or specific for single or multiple accounts.
• Hierarchical associations can be created within each account for systems, loops, equipment & instruments.
• Master records can support multiple test groups for a single asset. Test groups can also combine the use of Precision Test Packages.
• Schedules can be based upon calendar or usage count.
• Templates can be established, records can be copied, global change features allow groups of records to be modified at the same time.
• ProCalV5 does all math functions when creating master records. Calculations can accommodate varying signal associations, accuracy statements, resolutions and combinations (input vs. output, % of reading, range, +/-, manual, linear/ square root, tables, etc.).
• No human error. The program verifies, via visual prompts, in or out of tolerance conditions at the time of as-found, as-left data entry.
• Optimal test point values can edited when performing calibrations. The program will automatically calculate new signal correlations and acceptable tolerance limits.
• Preventive Maintenance/Work Order/Parts Inventory functionality is optional.
• ProCalV5 has over 90 standard reports. These can be changed and more can be easily added to your exact specifications.
• Advanced queries can be constructed, named and saved for future execution. Results can be easily exported into other file formats.

• ProCal Direct is the cloud SaaS version of ProCalV5. It offers all the features listed above and also supports the use of Mobile Workstations and Fluke calibrators.
