Task List – Test Type Package
In this video we take you thru the steps of installing and using the task list test type package. The Task List Test Type Package for ProCalV5 will supply and record a list of tasks for maintenance or calibration-related maintenance steps to be recorded on a Calibration record.
Document Management
Document management allows you to create, manage and link your documents to other records within the system with review schedules. This is for all types of documents including external documents that can be linked. These documents can include approvals and expiration dates and inactive dates. You can also build hierarchies.
Master Equipment Records
Master equipment records sometimes require on-demand or routine service instructions but not necessarily calibration. Some need both maintenance & calibration. The Equipment record supports this level of hierarchical segmentation. User-defined fields may also be established on these records.
Approval Policies
Custom approval policies may be defined to suit the user’s workflows and quality practices. Quickly establish a library of multiple approval practices. Apply any one practice to specific documents or activities. The application of an approval policy to a record allows for additional levels of signatures that must be completed before the record’s final approval
Variables And Labels
Add an unlimited number of user-defined variables (new fields) to each section in the program. User defined fields can be characterized as text, a decimal, a integer, a date, a list, a file or a signature.
